The customer is responsible for providing a correct address, being available to receive the order, and responding to delivery-related communications when needed.
4. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Change or cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, preparation, packaging, or dispatch, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.
